3、采用先進(jìn)的鋪裝機(jī)，使表層細(xì)密，截面漸變結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量可控，大大減小了成品刨花板的翹曲度。

4、環(huán)保方面，刨花板生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的污染主要來(lái)自粉塵，我們?cè)谠O(shè)計(jì)制造上，對(duì)粉塵的清除特別重視，采用旋風(fēng)分離器加布袋除塵、脈沖除塵，降低了粉塵排放。

3.Adopt advanced diamond roll grading paving machine, to make the surface fine, control the quality of section grading structure, and greatly reduce the warping degree of finished particle board.

4. For the environmental protection, the particle board production line is mainly polluted by the dust. On the design and manufacture, we specially focus on the removal of dust, and remove the dust with cyclone separator and pulse, and reduce the dust discharge.
